Book Return Policy
Each book ordered from Penton Technology Media has a 30-day return policy. To return a book within 30 days of purchase, please carefully follow these instructions:
- Verify the book(s) being returned is in excellent, resaleable condition. Any original enclosed media must be unopened.
- Include a copy of the invoice with the return so that your account will be correctly credited for the book(s). Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Please write the reason for the return on the invoice, or attach a separate letter of explanation.

- If you are returning the book(s) from within the contiguous USA, follow the directions on the Call Tag enclosed with the original book order. Call FedEx Ground Package Returns Program at 1-888-777-6040.
- If the Call Tag directions are followed, Penton Technology Media will be charged for the return costs. You do not need our account number.
- If you are returning the book(s) from outside the contiguous USA, or are unable to use the Call Tag enclosed with the original order, we recommend you use a traceable shipper (UPS, DHL, etc) at your own expense.
- If you have any questions regarding this process, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-793-5697 (M-F, 7:30a.m.-5:00p.m. MST).
- Penton Technology Media reserves the right to withhold refunds and to send back returned orders at the customer's expense, if the book return policy is not followed.
